Within two business days, we send you a proposed list of 30 prompts — informed by your intake and category research — that reflect how your buyers are likely searching in AI. You review the list, suggest changes if needed, and approve. About 10–15 minutes of your time.
Once prompts are approved, the engagement clock starts. We run the methodology, conduct the audit, and develop the diagnosis and roadmap. You hear from us if we have a question; otherwise, you don’t need to be in the process.
On business day ten, you receive the full deliverable package in your inbox — every artifact described above, plus the executive Loom walkthrough.
For 10 days after delivery, I’m available by email to answer clarifying questions, suggest tactical approaches for executing on roadmap items, and ensure the work translates cleanly into action for your team. Responses within two business days.
